Virtual Planning Comes to Texas

After spending a fortune networking schools, Texas has sharply reduced support for educational technologies without cutting back on a cumbersome planning process that requires hard pressed school districts to generate dozens of pages of technology integration and professional development plans that amount to an exercise in futility.

It is like having a Rolls without tires or gasoline.
