Duct Tape School Improvement

NCLB - No Child Left Breathing

When the new Office of Homeland Security urged families to wrap their homes with duct tape and plastic sheeting, some folks rushed out and bought up every roll available.

Now it turns out that taping a house may be folly and many wonder what to do with the surplus tape.

Given the serious under funding of technical support and repairs for school computer networks, perhaps this duct tape could be donated to help hold networks together?
